Redfish Release 2019.1 Now Available
DMTF’s Redfish® Release 2019.1 is now available for public download. An API designed to deliver simple and secure management for hybrid IT and the Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), this release includes 19 schema updates, revisions to the Redfish specification, and additional developer resources.

DMTF to Participate in Japan IT Week
As part of its global standardization work, DMTF provides resources and information for users and developers worldwide. DMTF’s Regional Task Force in Japan, will participate in the 28th annual Japan IT Week Spring, May 8-10, 2019, in Tokyo. DMTF’s presence will include both a booth and a conference session at this important event, which hosts more than 100,000 attendees interested in the latest IT technologies and solutions.

Call for Presentations for SNIA’s Storage Developer Conference
SNIA's Storage Developer Conference (SDC) will be taking place on September 23-26, 2019 in Santa Clara, CA. SDC is the destination for technical discussions and education on the latest storage technologies and standards and DMTF members are invited to submit a proposal to speak at SDC 2019.
DMTF Releases DASH Conformance Test Suite Update
Recently, the DMTF continued its ongoing dedication to management interoperability with the release of new versions of the Conformance Test Suite (CTS) for its Desktop and mobile Architecture for System Hardware (DASH) standard. DASH CTS 2018 is available and the registry is accepting submissions – view the products certified to date here.

DMTF and PCI-SIG Form Alliance
DMTF and the Peripheral Component Interconnect Special Interest Group (PCI-SIG®) have formed an alliance to help ensure the two organizations’ standards are coordinated and address management requirements, including security object definitions, schema definition, and JSON/OData interoperability, as well as management of devices using MCTP over PCIe. The PCI-SIG is an electronics industry consortium responsible for specifying the Peripheral Component Interconnect, PCI-X, and PCI Express computer buses.
Watch DMTF Presentations from the OCP Global Summit
DMTF recently participated in the Open Compute Project (OCP) Global Summit, March 14-15, which hosted more than 3,400 attendees interested in the open hardware ecosystem. DMTF experts met hundreds of developers and executives at the booth, all interested in learning more about Redfish® and DMTF’s other standards.
